If you want to explore the training for the half marathon, follow these easy steps: 

First, download the Life Time app. Don’t have the app? Don’t worry…you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. *Please note – you MUST have the app downloaded in order to access the training plan. 

Next, create an account and open the link below to enroll in the 12-week training program.

For Apple users with a chrome browser:

1. Open the Life Time App and click “Explore” 
2. Scroll to the bottom and click “Workouts and Programs”
3. From there, click “View all Programs” 
4. Enroll in the “12 Week Half-Marathon Training Plan”
