Life Time Tropical 5K

Providing a sneak preview and warm-up for those running the Life Time Miami Marathon and Half, the Life Time Tropical 5K is a great kick-off to the entire weekend experience.

Registration Opens August 1, 2024

Beginning on Watson Island, participants will trek along the iconic MacArthur Causeway, enjoying breathtaking views of the harbor and topped off with a post-race finish line celebration in Miami Beach.

Start Time: 7:30 AM
Location: 980 MacArthur Causeway

The start line is located on the MacArthur Causeway on the east side of Watson Island. There will be no early start for walkers, but we ask that if you do plan on walking that you please start near the end of the pack to avoid being crowded or bumped.

We encourage all participants to pick up their packet prior to race day during the Life Time Miami Marathon & Half Expo presented by Amethyst on Friday, January 31 from 12:00 – 7:00 PM at the Miami Beach Convention Center.

There will be NO shuttles from the start to the finish area of this point-to-point course.

Hand in hand, we can make a difference to inspire Healthy People, a Healthy Planet, and a Healthy Way of Life, as we actively contribute to the well-being of both our communities and the environment. By participating in beach cleanups, we can work together to create a healthier planet and cleaner environment by ensuring shorelines are free from harmful pollutants, and foster a sustainable and vibrant ecosystem for generations to come.
