Don’t think you’re special… most of us get the munchies when home at night. Work is done. You are sitting around the house after dinner and the sugar cravings come. DESSERT! Your brain screams, you need it. You must have it. A little late night treat is A-OK in my book, just be smart about what that is. A gallon of ice cream? Not smart. The following dessert? Very smart.
- 1 Banana
- 2 T Nut butter
- 1 T Coconut shreds
- 1 T Cacao nibs
Mix together and enjoy! No refined sugar and a nice balance of macronutrients.
