Aid Stations
Get the results you’ve been training for with aid and assistance throughout the entire course.
Refuel and Resume
Aid stations will begin at the 1.5-mile mark on the MacArthur Causeway and approximately every mile thereafter including locations at the start and finish line. Water and Gatorade (lemon-lime) will be provided at each aid station along the course. Medical personnel will also be present at all aid stations and in the start and finish areas – Baptist Health will make sure runners are provided with top-notch first aid care.

Miami Dade Water
Staying hydrated is key when runners pound the pavement during the Life Time Miami Marathon & Half. Miami-Dade’s Water is fresh, delicious and tested more than 210,000 times each year. Whether you cross the finish line first or toward the end of the pack, you are already a winner by drinking Miami-Dade water.
Gatorade
Endurance Formula and Energy Gels
Gatorade will be available on course at all aid stations and Gatorade Energy Gel will be available at approximately miles 7 and 15.5.
Both products were created specifically for endurance athletes who are training and racing for prolonged periods of time when fluid and electrolyte losses can be significant. Consuming 12 oz. of Endurance Formula contains 22 g of carbohydrate and the Endurance Gels contain 20 g.
Restrooms
Port-o-let restrooms will be present throughout the course about every mile to a mile and a half.
ADA accessible restrooms will be located as follows:
- Start (2) – 8th St. & Biscayne Boulevard
- Finish (4) – Flagler & Biscayne at Bayfront Park
- Medical Tent at Finish (2)
- Ocean Drive (1)
- NE 15th St. (2)
- Rickenbacker Causeway (2)
